Eliot's incredible character always amazed me. He was consistently strong, fair, honest, decent, brilliant, funny, and positive! He (and Rob) gave me the once in a lifetime opportunity to be part of a great radio station. More importantly, he demonstrated the right way to do things. He created an enviroment, wherever he was, that was better because he was there. He was quick to celebrate the successes of others. He was supportive when there were challenges. When something needed to be done, he was willing and able to do it. When he faced the toughest challenge of all, he continued to work and laugh. I feel incredibly lucky to have known Eliot.
