Scott has been with KZIA Radio since before KZIA Radio existed. (Try to wrap your head around that one.) The Schulte in Schulte & Swann is active in the Cedar Rapids community and at home as some guy named Dad.
Scott has lived in Cedar Rapids his entire life except for one year he lived in Puerto Rico where he met his wife. They have three boys.
For fun, he plays his guitar or rides his motorcycle but never at the same time. He sincerely thanks you for listening.

Clare is the Morning Show Producer. She's been with Z since her summer internship in 2007 and has loved every minute of cramming eggrolls in her mouth, roller skating, and running around town in an orange jumpsuit!
Clare is originally from Williamsburg, Iowa. She's been living in Cedar Rapids for 6 years, but she still gets lost.
Clare doesn't think dressing up will ever get old. She loves karaoke and reading. And never wants to be disturbed on Thursday nights when she's oogling McDreamy on Grey's Anatomy!

Waterboy has been with Z for 5 years and believe it or not, Waterboy is not his real name!
He's lived in Cedar Rapids all his life. He went to Cedar Rapids Jefferson High School and received his diploma in 1996. He went to school at Kirkwood community College and Mount Mercy College after that. Waterboy adopted his daughter, Kung Pow, on May 25th, 2009. She is his world.
In his free time, Waterboy enjoys sports and tomfoolery. You can also find him at our sister station, 1600 ESPN.
