Some of you may know me as the former Summer 2012 intern with the ridiculously long Hawaiian name, Humuhumunukunukuapua'a. Although many people think I am of Hawaiian descent, I am only Hawaiian at heart. I am actually half-Korean and was born and raised right here in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. I lived in Hawaii for a year and go back often to visit my mother who currently lives there.
I graduated from Mount Mercy University with a double-major in communications and public relations, and a minor in Spanish. I love traveling, figure-skating, golfing (I'm okay if you don't count my wiffs and biffs,) being in the sun, competing in beauty pageants and supporting my two teams that need all the support they can get: the Chicago Cubs and DA BEARS. After growing up listening to Z102.9, and getting hired on part-time after interning with the station, I discovered my love for broadcasting. In fact, I love it so much, I decided to change my lifestyle to become the new full-time overnight DJ!
I am honored to be apart of the fun, yet hardworking, crew here at Z102.9. If you ever see me at an event, don't be afraid to say hello, I love meeting new people! Thanks for visiting my page!
