Help a great organization fight homelessness and sign up for The Willis Dady Run and Ride Festival September 21st at the Sag Wagon. Registration gets you an all-access pass to the days’ events including timed races, casual biking, a costume contest, live music, and more!
Registration is $25 in advance and $30 day of, but do it early to guarantee a shirt! All funds raised support day-to-day work at Willis Dady giving shelter to clients and helping them to break their cycle of homelessness and become self-sufficient.

Join CommUnity Crisis Services and American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, September 22nd for the Corridor Out of the Darkness Walk at Coralville’s Youth Sports Park. Come for activities, entertainment, a 2 mile walk along Muddy Creek Trail, and post walk snacks and refreshments.
Online registration closes at noon (local time) the Friday before the walk. However, anyone who would like to participate can register in person at the walk from the time check-in begins until the walk starts. Registration is free and open to the public. Walk donations are accepted until December 31st.
Murals and More, and Quarker Oats have come together for the inaugural Crunch Berry Run—September 21st. Bring your whole family to Greene Square Park and be ready to get dowsed in color competing in the 5K or 1-mile fun run/walk.
This fun run/walk is not timed and is appropriate for people of all ages and athletic abilities.
The Crunch Berry Run is a fundraiser for Murals & More, a non-profit organization dedicated to utilizing local architecture as the backdrop for public art in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. All proceeds from this event will go towards public art projects in Cedar Rapids.
