DESCRIPTION:The art teachers and students of the Cedar Rapids Community School District are hosting the First
Annual New Bo High School Art Show at the Matyk building at1029 3rd Street SE in Cedar Rapids. The
event will be held from 1pm-5pm on Saturday December 1st and is open to students\, teachers\, family
and the general public.

The show will highlight some of the exceptional artwork of high school students in the Cedar Rapids
Community Schools. Students from Metro\, Jefferson\, Washington and Kennedy will have work on
display. Students will also be encouraged to price their work to sell at the show.

The show will be held at the same time as Cherry Building’s “Very Cherry Christmas” and the Czech
Museum’s “Old Prague Market.” Be sure to include the First Annual New Bo High School Art Show in
your plans the first Weekend of December!
