DESCRIPTION:On Saturday\, January 26\, Clear Creek Amana’s fine arts boosters  will be sponsoring a benefit concert and silent auction event called Black Gowns and Bowties.  The event will take place in  the CCA High School Performing Arts Center in Tiffin\, IA.  Proceeds from  the event will be used to purchase concert attire for the high school  band and choir.
 
The evening will begin at 6:00 pm in the commons area with a silent  auction and piano music as well as hors d’oeuvres. The concert portion  of the evening will begin at 7:00 pm in the Performing Arts Center.   Doors will open at 6:30.  The concert will include  a mix of Clear Creek Amana performing groups\, alumni musicians\, local  performers and teachers and elite student musicians.  At intermission a  local jazz musician will entertain while desserts are served and the  silent auction is wrapped up. 
 
Tickets for the event are $10/$12 at the door for adults and $5/$6  at the door for students.  Early tickets can be ordered by emailing ccafame@gmail.com.
