DESCRIPTION:The Cedar Rapids Science Center is partnering with the Mississippi  Valley Regional Blood Center to host a blood drive from 10:00AM-2:00PM  on Saturday\, February 16th. It will be held in the Education Center in  the lower level of Lindale Mall.

Donors who give will get a wonderful gift bag from City Looks Salon and  Spa as well as be eligible for a chance to win spa services from City  Looks. The Cedar Rapids Science Center plans on raffling off a free  membership to all donors as well.



The Science Center will also be providing free\, hands-on activities for  kids while adults donate. This will include a blood typing activity.

The Science Center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 10am to 5pm and  Sunday noon to 5pm. Admission during public hours is $3.00. Located at  Lindale Mall\, the museum has ample parking and is conveniently located  between First Avenue and Collins Road.
