DESCRIPTION:The Cedar Rapids Parks & Recreation Department’s Ushers Ferry  Historic Village\, 5925 Seminole Valley Tr. NE\, is offering a program for  fans of chocolate and coffee. “Chocolate and Coffee –The Perfect Pair”  is Saturday\, February 9 from 10:00-11:30 a.m. Adults\, ages 18 and up\,  are invited to spend a morning in the Ushers Ferry Hotel learning about  the different elements of coffee and how to truly “taste” chocolate.  Mickey Miller of Mount Vernon Confections and Aaron Murphy from The  Early Bird in downtown Cedar Rapids will share their vast knowledge of  this dynamic duo. The fee is $12 for residents and $13 for  non-residents.  Pre-registration is required for program #314902-01.
