The silent auction will feature a wide variety of items\, including art\, jewelry\, entertainment packages\, and autographed sports memorabilia. Immediately following the silent auction\, professional auctioneers will lead a live auction. "We're thrilled to be adding a live auction component to the event this year. It's going to be a very exciting night!" says Chuck Tourtillott\, executive director of the Cedar Valley Humane Society. "As a nonprofit animal shelter\, we rely upon the support of the community to be able to help stray\, abused\, neglected\, and abandoned animals." Tickets for the Whine & Wags Auction are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. A table for ten may be reserved for only $275. Admission includes live music and hors d'oeuvres. There will be a cash bar.
