TASTE IT TUESDAY: MARDI GRAS February 16, 2021 by Clare Duffy Rechelle whipped up a Swiss Cake Roll with pineapple buttercream and some festive macarons. The cake was almost too pretty to eat–almost. Destiny felt like pineapple flavoring might mean this cake is actually healthy. Not how that works, but delicious. The macaron flavors were pistachio, fruity pebbles, and lemon. Each flavor was good, but if you stack them all together you get the perfect bite. As long as you can unhinge your jaw.
