After high school, she attended Kirkwood Community College. Destiny started her radio career back in 2016 as an intern. She was determined to work at Z102.9 someday, and started out as a member of the Street Team. Eventually, she worked her way to co-hosting the Corridor’s first ever two-person afternoon radio show. She's a wild child of the 2000’s who will take any opportunity to reference her favorite Disney or Nickelodeon shows. Spends most of her day on TikTok while at work... Don’t tell the boss! After high school, she headed to Iowa City to attend the University of Iowa to study journalism. Taylor spent any and all of her free time in Kinnick Stadium or Carver Hawkeye Arena as a four-year member of the Iowa Dance Team cheering on Hawkeye athletics! As she was about to graduate in 2019, she joined the Street Team and was somehow convinced to be on-air on weekends. Taylor hosted weekday afternoons from 2021 until early 2023 and is now a co-host of 'Those Girls in the Afternoon with Destiny and Taylor!' When she's off-the air, she's either online shopping or you'll find her crafting on her couch watching whatever corny reality dating show is trending on TikTok.
