The test kitchens at Z102.9 will be working overtime to create two new cocktails: Champagne Floats and the Mays Island Iced Tea. Eric and his wife, Shannon, created champagne floats on a cruise ship years ago—it’s just vanilla ice cream and champagne…perhaps it could be a new flavor of summer?
