Only one tree this year for Mrs. Shannon and Dancin’ Eric Hanson, so we filled it full of our “memories” ornaments: childhood decorations, Hawkeye memorabilia, and little trinkets picked up on our travels.
Oreo is having a little fun with this collectable tin.
The cookies are all regular Oreo cookies, but coated in Thanksgiving inspired fudge flavors: Pumpkin Pie, Creamed Corn, Caramel Apple Pie, Cranberry Sauce, Turkey & Stuffing, and Sweet Potato.
The sweet cookies–pumpkin pie and caramel apple pie–were delicious, of course.
Each cookie has a pretty fudge drizzle that’s PACKED with flavor.
But Sweet Potato and Creamed Corn walked the line of gross.
Cranberry Sauce was the surprise winner of all 6 flavors. The coating was very tangy–like it was full of Pop Rocks candy.
We predicted the Turkey & Stuffing Oreo would be bad, but we had no idea HOW bad. Holy dog food!! YUCK!
