A question of phone etiquette is tearing the Morning Scramble apart! Time for ‘Jury in a Hurry.’ Eric showed Clare a photo from his trip to Disney on his phone. She started swiping through his photos. He says that was RUDE! Clare says it’s fine. What say you? If handed a phone, are you allowed to swipe through photos?

Clare finally got around to spinning the ‘Wheel of Punishment.’ Her punishment is “Beware of the Cupcake.” She has to go three rounds picking he cupcake: one is a regular cupcake and one is fill with something nasty like ranch, mayo, or mustard! Eric and Producer Ben will make sure she’s ready to serve her punishment.
