No one is ready for the word “snow” yet, but the city of Cedar Rapids needs to get their plows ready for another winter season and they’d like some help. Mike Duffy is the Street Operations Manager for the city and he will join The Morning Scramble to tell them about the return of the ‘Paint a Plow’ program and how kids can participate prior to the first snow.
