Clare whipped up some non-traditional gravies. Will they work?
First up: Pizza Gravy! Clare mixed butter and flour with a little pizza sauce, and threw in come diced pepperoni and cheese.
Delicious! Eric and Clare think pizza gravy on mashed potatoes could be a thing. Maybe they jar it to sell as “Mama Clare’s Real Italian Pizza Gravy!”
Nacho gravy was loaded down with that fakey queso dip in the jar. It was a little blah.
Feast your eyes upon Wine Gravy. This recipe combines butter, flour, merlot wine, and beef broth. The results is a murky, gray, beef substance.
It’s not overly wine-y, so Eric added a little wine to his bowl.
