Destiny & Taylor are celebrating local grads by popping in on graduation parties across the area. If we pick your party, we’ll swing by to congratulate the grad, snap some photos, and yes… sample the party potatoes.

    Ready to take a break from the endless scroll? We are, too!

    Introducing Unplug with Those Girls in the Afternoon—a fun challenge to spend more time off our phones and more time actually living life. Instead of getting stuck doomscrolling video after video, we’re encouraging everyone to do something real, creative, or adventurous away from the screen!

    To make it fun, we created a simple chart to track the hours you spend not doomscrolling. Each month, we’ll release a new chart to help you keep track of your progress. Want to be the first to get it? Subscribe to the ZMail newsletter and you’ll receive the new chart first each month!

    Print it out or screenshot it, fill it in throughout the month, and see how much time you reclaim! At the end of the month, share your progress with us on the Z102.9 Facebook page. We’ll share ours too, celebrate the wins, and swap stories about what we did with our extra off-screen time! Let’s unplug together!
